By browsing the shop, adding items to a candy bag, or submitting an order, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the shop.

The CÉMOI online shop shown here is currently a demonstration. Orders placed through checkout are simulated: no payment is taken, no card is charged, and no goods are dispatched.

We describe every product as accurately as we can, including brand, flavour, weight, and texture. Packaging, recipes, and availability are controlled by the makers and may change without notice. Colours on screen may differ from the physical product.

Catalogue prices are set in euro. Amounts displayed in US dollars, pounds sterling, or Polish złoty are indicative conversions for convenience and may differ from the rate applied by your bank.

• Submitting the checkout form is an offer to buy; a confirmed order reference is our acceptance.
• We may decline or cancel an order that is incorrectly priced, unavailable, or suspected of abuse.
• Each order confirmation includes a printable receipt with your order details.

Where a live order is fulfilled, delivery timescales are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. Perishable confectionery may be held back during extreme heat to protect quality.

Confectionery may contain or be produced alongside milk, soya, nuts, peanuts, wheat, egg, and sesame. Always read the packaging supplied with the product and consult the maker if you have an allergy.

You agree to provide accurate details and to use the shop lawfully. Misuse is covered by our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms.

The CÉMOI name, logo, shop content, editorial copy, and design belong to Cemoi Chocolatier SAS or their respective rights holders. Third-party product names, packaging, and imagery remain the property of their respective makers.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by French law. The competent courts in France have jurisdiction, without removing any mandatory protection available to you as a consumer in your country of residence.

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here when you place an order. Material changes are highlighted on this page.
