Refund Policy

Because this shop is a demonstration, no money changes hands and there is nothing to refund. The rules below describe how we handle refunds when an order is fulfilled for real.

Consumers in the EU and UK may cancel an order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, except where a sealed food product has been opened. Tell us at [email protected], quoting your order reference.

• Return items unopened and in their original packaging within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling.
• Include the order reference from your receipt inside the parcel.
• You pay the return postage unless the goods were faulty or incorrect.

Send photographs of the product and the outer packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We replace or refund confirmed damage, heat damage in transit, and picking errors in full, including delivery costs.

Opened confectionery, products where a seal protecting hygiene has been broken, and products past their best-before date cannot be returned unless they were faulty on arrival.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the goods or proof of return. Standard delivery costs are refunded; upgraded delivery is refunded at the standard rate.

Refunds are issued in the currency of the original order. If your bank converted the payment, small differences may arise from exchange rates and are outside our control.

If an order cannot be delivered after two attempts or is refused, we refund the goods once they reach us, less the outbound delivery cost.
